The Handy Mag is an independently run magazine delivered free, by our own local reliable distribution team, to 16,500 homes and businesses throughout East Swindon.We produce 11 full colour A4 glossy magazines per year, (December and January is a joint issue).All the articles in The Handy Mag are from local people, councillors, businesses and Police that live in, or are an integral part of, the communities we distribute to.
You will find a vast range of local tradesmen and companies advertising in The Handy Mag, and in our new online directory, some that have advertised with us since the very first issue in May 2007. In the magazine there is also the very popular “Moira’s
Quiz”, supplied each month by a good friend of the magazine, and, we think, a great lady for all she does in her local community, a broad range of general knowledge is required but we do supply the answers, so you can cheat if you want to.
Also there is the snippet competition where the reader has to work out what advert the snippet has come from, each month the winner is randomly pulled from the hat and given £10.

We also promote free of charge anything that we feel is of benefit to local communities, such as the many local Churches, support groups and clubs.
